Customer Service Representative and Cashier

Role Description

Serve customers at the counter and on the floor, handling transactions accurately and keeping the customer experience right.

Role Responsibilities

  • Process sales, returns and payments accurately at the point of sale.

  • Balance the cash drawer and follow all cash handling procedures.

  • Serve customers on the floor and answer product questions.

  • Keep the counter area, displays and stock presentation tidy.

  • Assist with restocking and basic stock counts.

  • Escalate customer issues appropriately.

Role Responsibilities

  • One year in cashiering, retail or customer service.

  • Accurate with cash and comfortable with a point of sale system.

  • Pleasant, patient manner with customers.

  • CXC passes including English and Mathematics.

  • Able to work weekends and extended trading hours.
