Role Description
Design and run the daily entertainment and activities programme for resort guests, leading the animation team that shapes how a stay feels.
Role Responsibilities
Build and run the daily and nightly entertainment schedule.
Lead, cast, train and roster the animation and entertainment team.
Produce evening shows including staging, sound, lighting and rehearsal.
Run guest activities across pool, beach and sports areas.
Manage the entertainment budget, costumes, equipment and external acts.
Track guest feedback on entertainment and adjust the programme.
Role Requirements
Four years in resort entertainment, animation or live event production, with two leading a team.
Confident performing and presenting to a large guest audience.
Experience with show production, sound and lighting basics.
A second language is a strong advantage.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
