Role Description
Lead the non foods departments on the shop floor, covering household, personal care and general merchandise, and own how they trade.
Role Responsibilities
Supervise the non foods floor team through the trading day.
Manage replenishment, planogram compliance and promotional execution.
Track department sales and report on performance.
Keep inventory accurate on the non foods side and control shrinkage.
Resolve customer queries and escalations on the floor.
Train and develop floor staff.
Role Responsibilities
Three years in supermarket, retail or merchandising with direct supervisory experience.
Hands on retail floor experience is essential for this role.
Track record managing a team of five or more.
Strong customer service instinct and floor presence.
Living in St James, Hanover, Trelawny or Westmoreland is an advantage.
