Role Description
Lead the entire food and beverage operation of a large resort, accountable for guest experience, quality, compliance and departmental profit.
Role Responsibilities
Direct all F and B outlets, bars, banqueting and buffet operations.
Own the departmental budget, revenue targets, food and beverage cost and payroll cost.
Set service standards and menu strategy with the Executive Chef.
Lead the management team across outlets, including recruitment and succession.
Drive guest satisfaction scores on food and service.
Ensure food safety, licensing and hygiene compliance across every outlet.
Role Responsibilities
Eight years in food and beverage with at least four at senior management level in a hotel or resort.
Full profit and loss accountability in a previous role.
Experience running multiple outlets and a large team.
Strong commercial and analytical ability.
Degree or diploma in hospitality management is an advantage.
