Role Description

Support the Hotel Director with a focus on food and beverage, deputising across the operation and developing toward full property leadership.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Hotel Director on assigned shifts and during absence.

  • Oversee the food and beverage operation day to day alongside the F and B leadership.

  • Drive standards, audits and corrective action across outlets.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

  • Lead cross departmental projects and openings.

  • Represent the property with guests, groups and visiting partners.

Role Responsibilities

  • Six years in hotel operations with at least three in food and beverage management.

  • Exposure to property level budgeting and reporting.

  • Proven ability to lead managers, not only line staff.

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality or business management.

  • Ready to step toward a Hotel Director track.
