Role Description
Turn people data into decisions for a large resort operation, covering headcount, turnover, cost and the HR reporting the leadership team runs on.
Role Responsibilities
Build and maintain HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absence and cost.
Own data quality in the HRIS and payroll interface.
Produce monthly and quarterly people reports for property and regional leadership.
Analyse turnover, recruitment funnel and time to fill, and recommend action.
Support workforce planning and seasonal staffing models.
Handle employee data with full confidentiality.
Role Responsibilities
Three years in HR analytics, HRIS administration or HR reporting.
Advanced Excel. Power BI, Tableau or similar is a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll data.
Degree in HR, business, statistics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with confidential information.
