Role Description
Own the presentation and cleanliness of every public area on the resort, from lobby and restaurants to pools, corridors and back of house.
Role Responsibilities
Plan and supervise cleaning schedules for all public areas across the property.
Lead, roster and train the public area team.
Inspect to standard and correct on the spot.
Manage chemicals, equipment and consumable stock levels.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Grounds on repairs and deep cleaning cycles.
Maintain health, safety and hygiene compliance across all areas.
Role Responsibilities
Four years in housekeeping or public area cleaning in a hotel or resort, with two supervising a team.
Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safe handling.
Strong eye for detail and the confidence to hold a standard.
Able to work a rotating shift roster including weekends and holidays.
