Role Description
Run a Kingston store end to end, accountable for sales, team, stock, standards and the numbers behind the counter.
Role Responsibilities
Own daily store operations, opening through close.
Hit sales, margin and cost targets and report on performance.
Recruit, roster, train and manage the store team.
Control inventory, receiving, shrinkage and stock accuracy.
Hold merchandising, cleanliness and customer service standards.
Handle escalated customer issues and supplier matters.
Role Requirements
Five years in retail or food service with at least three managing a store or outlet.
Proven accountability for sales targets and cost lines.
Experience leading a team of ten or more.
Comfortable with point of sale and inventory systems.
Able to work weekends and extended trading periods.
