Store Manager

Montego Bay based retail entity is seeking qualified applicants to join their team as a Store Manager.


Requirements:


  • First Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management or related discipline

  • At least 5 years' experience in retail management

  • Ability to manage store's daily operations and inventory

  • Ability to manage staff and staffing issues to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Track record of leading a large team efficiently

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
